I am passionate about sustainable connections that make a real impact. By bringing talented refugees and companies together, I strengthen inclusion and productivity. My goal is to make our programs run smoothly, so that both newcomers and employers can really benefit from them.
With great enthusiasm and energy I try to create a level playing field where employers and newcomers meet, see, understand and use each other's value. I do this through workshops and the development of knowledge products.
Met een groot hart voor mens en omgeving zet ik mij bij Refugee Talent Hub in voor een inclusieve toekomst. Ik wil bijdragen aan een samenleving waarin iedereen, ongeacht achtergrond of afkomst, de kans krijgt om te groeien en hun talenten te benutten. Verbinding is hierbij de eerste stap.
People and cultures fascinate me endlessly. Due to the diversity of people and organizations with whom I work daily, Refugee Talent Hub is the place for me to develop myself further. With a positive and open view, I am involved in our programs and communication.
As a journalist I wrote a lot about migration and refugees in the Middle East and Africa; since 2020 I apply that knowledge at Refugee Talent Hub. I get energy from taking steps together towards our dream: looking at where we can create opportunities. Preferably with a good cup of coffee!
My personal mission at Refugee Talent Hub is to learn, in collaboration with employers, how to best use and utilize the talents of newcomers. You learn that in the first instance by just starting and doing, that's what I'm all about!
Mijn interesse in inclusie op de werkvloer en de ambitie om alle mensen met een vluchtverleden te laten werken op hun eigen niveau, brachten mij bij Refugee Talent Hub. Hier ga ik mijn jarenlange ervaring met digitale platformen inzetten om van RefugeeWork een succes te maken.

I am originally from Bosnia, where I used to be involved in social issues. A human purpose in my work is therefore very important to me: I am incredibly driven to make an impact and always see the person behind a question.
I want to work towards a better world. A world with equal opportunities for everyone. I combine my drive to make a difference with my experience in communication, and my love for language and different cultures. My motto is dreaming and doing: Don't call it a dream, call it a plan.
I love people, travel and cultures and find it important to make a difference in society. For me, results and connection are key in everything I do; I like to contribute to solutions that benefit both the human and the business side.
I strongly believe in the importance of showcasing the talents of refugees and I am excited to play a role in this. I am passionate about strengthening the refugee community and discovering new opportunities. Outside of work, I am an avid yoga enthusiast and runner.
Refugee Talent Hub is like a second family to me. I like to support other people and I really come into my own here. I really enjoy it when I can put a smile on someone's face. Because life is unpredictable, but with perseverance and humor you can go a long way.
